In 2013, a design concept for a new website was developed for the airline NordStar.

This design included:

• A homepage
• A flight search and booking page
• A login page for the personal account
• A user profile / personal account page
• An online flight board / flight schedule

The concept was presented to the client’s representative office. The office required a design approval process to ensure alignment with the existing software architecture.

The proposed design concept differed significantly from the current one—both structurally, in terms of user behavior, and architecturally, regarding the software components.
